At Suneetha Designer Boutique, we strive to deliver high-quality designer wear and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers across India. Please review our Shipping, Return, Exchange, and Refund policies before placing an order.

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Delivery Locations

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. International shipping is not available at this time.

1.2 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Custom or pre-order items may take 10–15 business days depending on the complexity and design.

  • You will be notified by email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

1.3 Delivery Timeline

  • Standard shipping: 3 to 10 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier partner, and any unexpected delays such as strikes or weather issues.

1.4 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and cart value.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or above a certain order value, as specified on the website.

1.5 Courier Partners

We work with reliable and reputed third-party logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted and made-to-order products, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy except in the cases mentioned below:

2.1 Eligible Reasons for Exchange

We will accept exchanges only if:

  • You receive a wrong product (different color, design, or size from what was ordered).

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • There is a clear manufacturing defect.

2.2 Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • You must provide clear photos or video proof of the issue by emailing support@sdbonline.in or WhatsApp at 9848486180.

2.3 Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges or returns for:

  • Items that are customized, altered, or made on order.

  • Products returned without original tags and packaging.

  • Minor color variation due to screen or lighting differences.

  • Delays in shipping once the product has been dispatched.

3. Exchange Process

If your request is approved:

  • We will arrange for a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will process a replacement (of the same or similar value).

  • The replacement timeline will be informed based on availability.

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the error is from our side.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances except when:

  • We are unable to fulfill your order due to out-of-stock or production limitations.

  • The returned item does not qualify for a replacement and is validated for refund after inspection.

4.1 Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us via email or phone.

  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
